Placing and accepting your order
Choose your items, quantities and currency, then select delivery or free collection and enter your contact details. You can review and correct the details before submitting. Our team confirms availability, the total and dispatch or collection timing. Your order is accepted when we send acceptance confirmation. Submitting the form does not itself take payment or guarantee stock.
Products and compatibility
The written description specifies the contents, connections, sizes and compatibility of each product or bundle. MAHI TECH catalogue references identify our listings and are not claims of manufacturer certification. Category photographs are illustrations; devices and props are excluded unless listed as included. Check your device ports and requirements before ordering, or ask our team for help. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Prices and delivery
We display separate GBP and EUR prices. The currency selected for the order is the payment currency and is not a live exchange-rate quotation. Listed prices include applicable taxes. UK delivery is £4.95 / €5.95 per order; our listed European destinations are £9.95 / €11.95 per order. Collection is free. Any applicable import VAT and duties for supported European orders are included in the accepted total. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or additional order fees. Your bank may apply its own conversion or other charges.
Payment
We provide payment arrangements for confirmed orders. Card payment links, where offered, open Stripe’s hosted checkout page. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Payment is recorded following the provider’s verified notification; returning from checkout alone does not establish payment. Keep your order reference and private order link.
Fulfilment and collection
Our shipping policy lists destinations, charges and estimated times. Dispatch is within 1–3 working days after payment and confirmation; estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–5 working days in the UK and 5–10 working days in supported European countries. For collection, our team confirms a ready time at the trading address. If we cannot supply your accepted order, we offer an agreed alternative or refund the unavailable portion.
Returns, faults and complaints
Our returns policy explains eligible 14-day distance-purchase cancellation, return costs and refunds. Rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incorrect or undelivered goods are unaffected. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Applicable law and changes
English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and any court rights applicable to you. The terms snapshot saved with your accepted order continues to apply to that order. Later revisions do not remove existing rights. The public company register status is stated on our About page and linked from the footer.
